We took the initiative of analysing a product already in market. We claimed that there was room for improvement, and we were right.
When launching a product, it is a challenge to ensure 100% efficiency. Six Theta® strives for perfection by eliminating infuriating mistakes in the product design. In our lighthouse cases, we analyse existing products by leading manufacturers to see if Six Theta could help improve the design.
In this case, we took apart a car seat produced by one of the world’s leading automotive supplier to analyse the kinematics and identified no less than 49 improvement areas. We offered solutions to some of these areas, and the benefits to the design process and the product were tangible.
